Dean has over 40 years of experience and expertise in law enforcement and security.  These skills bring you unparalleled investigative and surveillance services.  Dean is dedicated in helping his clients and community. 

His career started at the Kaua’i Police Department in 1980, and Dean retired as a Lieutenant in 2005.  Following his retirement he’s held the following positions:

• Aloha Team Director – Kaua’i Lagoons Resort
• Transportation Security Inspector – TSA
• Director of Loss Prevention – Marriott Kauai Lagoons
• Law Enforcement Supervisor – Securitas Security
• Assistant Director of Loss Prevention – Marriott Resort
• Loss Prevention Manager – Timbers Resort
• Part Owner of Blue Knights Security
• Member of the County of Kauai Police Commission (Vice Chair)

Dean is currently a board member of Life’s Bridges. He was a past board member of the Lihue Pop Warner Association, and Friends of Children’s Justice Center, which he was also the chairman. 

Dean was educated at Waimea High School and the University of Hawaii – Manoa.
